This is a paid, part-time coaching position that includes a structured 12-week onboarding and training period designed to help you become a confident, effective fitness coach.

You’ll gain real, hands-on experience working with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels—while getting paid and supported every step of the way.

Position Overview:
  • Role Type: Part-Time Fitness Coach.
  • Training Period: First 12 weeks (paid, hands-on onboarding).
  • Schedule: 1–2 shifts per week to start (3–5 hours per shift), with opportunities to increase based on performance.
  • Location: In-person at The X.
  • Compensation:
    • Starting at $15/hour.
    • Performance-based increases available.
    • Additional earning opportunities through coaching and client management.

Earning Potential:
  • Personal Training Sessions: Earn 50% commission.
    (Typical earnings: $30–$90 per session)
  • Client Management (Semi-Private / Virtual):
    • $5, $10, or $15+ per client per week.
  • Opportunities to grow your income as your client base grows.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support small group training sessions (up to 12 clients).
  • Coach clients through safe, effective workouts.
  • Modify exercises for different abilities, injuries, and experience levels.
  • Build relationships and create a positive, supportive training environment.
  • Communicate with and support clients both in-person and virtually.

What You’ll Learn (Paid Training Included):
During your first 12 weeks, you’ll be coached and mentored to develop:
  • Confidence leading group training sessions.
  • The ability to coach all bodies, ages, and ability levels.
  • Movement modification and pain-aware training strategies.
  • Communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Virtual coaching and programming skills.
  • How to build and grow your client base.
